Idaho AgriTech Academy (IAA) is governed by an independent Board of Directors responsible for ensuring the school fulfills its mission, operates with integrity, and serves students and families effectively. As a public charter school, IAA’s Board provides oversight in accordance with Idaho law and holds the school accountable for academic outcomes, financial stewardship, and organizational sustainability.

As a public charter school, Idaho AgriTech Academy operates with transparency. Board meetings are open to the public and conducted in compliance with Idaho’s Open Meeting Law. Meeting agendas, approved minutes, and key governance documents will be posted for public access.
