Idaho AgriTech Academy is proposed tuition-free public charter school designed to prepare
students for college, careers, and leadership in agriculture, agribusiness, and related industries
through hands-on, real-world learning.
Yes. IAA is a public charter school, open to all students and funded by the state of Idaho.
There is no tuition to attend.
IAA is planned to serve high school students (grade 9-12). The school is designed as a
college- and career-ready academy.
Idaho AgriTech Academy plans to serve students in the Treasure Valley, with a proposed
location in Canyon County. Final site details will be shared once confirmed and approved.

Yes. FFA is a key component of Idaho AgriTech Academy. Students will have opportunities to
participate in leadership development, supervised agricultural experiences (SAEs),
competitions, and career exploration aligned with FFA programming.
IAA is designed around a four-day instructional week (Monday–Thursday) with extended
learning blocks to allow for project based learning
Yes. Idaho AgriTech Academy will provide special education services in compliance with state and federal law and is committed to serving students with diverse learning needs.
Enrollment is open to all students. If applications exceed available seats, a public lottery will be held in accordance with Idaho charter school law.
Transportation planning is underway. IAA is committed to reducing barriers to access and will communicate transportation options clearly once finalized.
IAA is governed by an independent Board of Directors and led by experienced education
professionals.
